At MSM/DRH Limited, our Worcester-based service team provides servicing, maintenance, diagnostics and repairs for forklift trucks, telehandlers, excavators and other material handling and construction machinery.
Whether you operate a single machine or manage an entire fleet, we work to minimise downtime and keep your equipment performing at its best.
As an authorised dealer for Toyota Material Handling, Takeuchi and Merlo, our engineers have access to specialist training, manufacturer technical information and diagnostic systems. We also service and repair equipment from many other manufacturers.

We offer planned maintenance agreements tailored to your equipment and operational requirements, as well as servicing for customers who prefer to manage their own maintenance schedules.

Following each service, you’ll receive a report detailing the work completed and highlighting any defects or developing issues. Where further repairs are needed, we’ll explain the options and help you choose a practical, cost-effective solution.
Breakdown Support
When You're Down, Getting You Moving Matters.
Equipment breakdowns can disrupt operations and lead to costly downtime. Our service team works to get your machinery back into operation as quickly as possible.
When you report a breakdown, we’ll identify the nearest appropriate available engineer and arrange attendance. Our field engineers operate fully equipped service vehicles, with access to manufacturer diagnostic systems, technical information and parts support, enabling many faults to be diagnosed and repaired on site.
For contract customers, breakdowns reported before 2pm receive our commitment to attend within three hours.
Other breakdowns are attended as quickly as possible.
Workshop Repairs & Engineering Support
Our experienced, factory-trained engineers are supported by our service and parts teams, providing additional technical assistance and access to replacement components when needed.
When repairs can’t be completed on site, our purpose-built Worcester workshop provides the facilities and equipment needed to undertake more extensive repairs and refurbishment work.
