From our headquarters in Worcester, we have grown into an established independent specialist in material handling and construction machinery, supporting customers throughout Worcestershire, Herefordshire, Gloucestershire and beyond.
More than five decades later, we’re proud to remain an independent business with a personal approach to supplying equipment and looking after our customers.
Our Heritage
MSM’s story began in 1974, and we’ve been part of the material handling industry ever since. Over five decades, we’ve grown and evolved alongside the industry, adapting to changing equipment, technology and customer requirements.
Throughout our history, we’ve represented some of the industry’s best-known manufacturers, including BKC, CESAB, Komatsu and Mitsubishi, building a reputation for quality equipment and dependable aftersales support.
Our commitment to customers has earned national recognition, while our appointment as an authorised Toyota Material Handling dealer marked another important milestone. Today, our business continues to grow, but the principles behind MSM remain unchanged.

We’re an independent company with a close-knit team, many of whom have spent a significant part of their careers with us. Our customers get to know the people in sales, service, parts, hire and accounts – and we get to know them and their businesses too.
